Chelsea vs Celtic Preview: Prediction, Lineup & How to watch on TV
By Kian Long
After their impressive pre-season victory over Manchester City, Celtic will now turn their attention to another English Premier League team, Chelsea. Brendan Rodgers has great experience of facing them from his days managing in England and he even secured victory in the FA Cup final against them while at Leicester City. In fact, he even coached the Blues' youth and reserve sides for over four years, early on in his career.
Pre-season is an excellent and low-stakes opportunity for both sides to build up their match fitness, while perhaps giving a chance to those players on the fringe of first-team football. It is also a great chance for Celtic and Chelsea to face each other since they don't get the chance domestically and could only meet in friendlies or European fixtures.

Celtic are in great form but Chelsea also ended their season well although they now have a new manager in place in Enzo Maresca. It should make for an interesting contest, with both teams wanting to play attacking football. We can see this game finishing in a respectable 2-2 draw.
