Celtic Women's post-split Scottish Women's Premier League matches have been confirmed, with Grant Scott's side set for an exciting run after international duty ends.

Celtic's final 10 SWPL fixtures

  • Sunday 15 March. Hibs (H).
  • Wednesday 18 March. Glasgow City (H).
  • Sunday March 22. Partick Thistle (A).
  • Wednesday April 1. Hearts (A).
  • Sunday April 5. Rangers (H).
  • Friday April 24. Hibs (A).
  • Wednesday April 29. Glasgow City (A).
  • Sunday May 10. Hearts (H).
  • Sunday May 17. Rangers (A).
  • Sunday May 24. Partick Thistle (H).

The Celts start their post-split challenge with back-to-back home games. The first sees us host Hibernian, while league leaders Glasgow City are the second opponent, who we will also face in the Women's Scottish Cup semi-finals.

We will then travel to face Partick Thistle and back to the capital to take on Hearts, who Celtic dispatched 5-3 last time out, before returning to New Douglas Park to host Rangers in the Glasgow derby.

The last five games start with another trip to Edinburgh for the return leg against Hibs. Then, we'll face Glasgow City at the Peasy. Hearts at home follows that, before travelling to take on Rangers in the penultimate game of the season.

To round off what will hopefully be a title race (or are we being too optimistic...?), Celtic host Partick Thistle on the final day of the campaign.

Can Celtic win the title?

The simple answer to whether Celtic can win the SWPL title is yes. The squad have been looking really good under Scott, and the manager has clearly sparked a fire in the players. His new additions, Poppy Pritchard, Maddi Wilde, Evie Rabjohn and Tara O'Hanlon, are all incredible and have already made an impact on the pitch.

As things stand, City lead the league, sitting on 46 points. Celtic are tied with Rangers on 41 points, with Hearts just below on 40. Remember that placing on the table is no longer done by goal difference but by head-to-head record. That means if we are tied on points with either Rangers or City come the end of the season, as things stand, they will move above us.

Victories over both City and the Gers are a necessity now. With Celtic facing them both home and away, it's safe to say that we could really do with beating them both times. If Scott's side fails to do so, then the Celts will need to rely on either side dropping points. Of course, that could happen, but you never want to rely on other results. Simply look at 2022/23 for a reason as to why.
