Celtic Women started their post-split games with a draw as the points were shared with Hibernian on Sunday.
It was a close game that some thought was disappointing after the Celts ended pre-split off with a belter against Hearts last time out. After the international break, it was understandable that things may be a little rusty, and thankfully, it didn't take too long for the Hoops to take the lead.
In the 11th minute of the game, Tara O'Hanlon released a brilliant ball to Emma Westin, who managed to find Amy Gallacher with a low cross. Gallacher found the corner from close range to put the hosts in the lead.
Before the break though, the visitors were able to pull one back. Eilidh Adams put it in the net with a fine finish, and there was deadlock once again at half-time.
Going into the second half, Grant Scott's side looked to bounce back, and Emma Lawton came close to finding another goal for the Celts. Her strike was well saved by the Hibs goalkeeper.
The visitors were threatening Celtic throughout the game and never let up. Poppy Pritchard and Maria McAneny came off the bench, and both had good opportunities to find the winner, but ultimately, in the 90 minutes, it was a draw.
Big start to the split
A draw was the result that no one was hoping for against Hibs, who sit in fifth place. Celtic needed a win to catch up to Glasgow City, and they will now need three points mid-week if they want to close that gap.
City visit New Douglas Park on Wednesday, where a victory is essential. Hopefully, players like McAneny, who has been brilliant all season, can start that one to hopefully make a major impact.
Elsewhere in the Scottish Women's Premier League, Rangers lost 3-2 to Hearts at Oriam. Georgia Timms opened the scoring, and although Katie Wilkinson equalised early on, a Bayley Hutchison double was enough to seal the victory for the Jambos, despite Laura Berry pulling another back for the visitors.
The result means Celtic remain in third, with Hearts overtaking both the Hoops and the Gers in the table. Rangers drop to fourth place, one point off Celtic after today's results.
City won their game 4-0, with Emily Gray, Abi Harrison and Erin McLaughlin all on the scoresheet. They retain their top spot, sitting on 49 points after 19 games. Right now, it is their league to lose, but there is plenty of time for that to change.
