Celtic might have made a very slow start to their summer transfer window but they have certainly made quite a few moves recently. Liam Shaw, Osaze Urhoghide, Liel Abada, Kyogo Furuhashi, Carl Starfelt, Joe Hart and James McCarthy have all arrived at Parkhead this summer.
Some of them like Furuhashi and Abada have already made a massive impact on the team, while the club will be hoping that the others can adjust to the Scottish game quickly as well.
Overall, things are looking up for Ange Postecoglou’s side, who have been very impressive recently. And it looks like they have gotten another transfer deal over the line.
As tweeted out by Izak Ante Sucic, the Josip Juranovic to Celtic deal is done and a medical has been scheduled for Friday.

Juranovic could be a spectacular signing for Celtic
It must be said that Anthony Ralston has been brilliant in recent weeks and has looked like one of the club’s best players through the course of this season. But even then, a signing was needed at right-back considering the lack of depth in the position. The 22-year-old is the only recognised right-back in the squad at this point of time.
His good form has allowed the Hoops time to consider their decision and make the right signing. And someone like Juranovic can certainly be a brilliant signing for the Hoops.
Juranovic was a big part of Legia Warsaw’s league-winning side last season and he has made multiple appearances for the Croatian national team as well, even featuring at UEFA EURO 2020. Thus, he certainly has the pedigree to be a success at Parkhead.
The 26-year-old is brilliant going forward and good on the defensive side of things as well. As a result, he can be a great fit in Postecoglou’s style of football. Ralston’s recent form though could mean that there will be a competition for the right-back spot rather than Juranovic simply walking into the first-team.
