Celtic have signed a number of players this summer with some of them already making a big impact on the team and helping turn things around for the Hoops. But there are a few more additions that they need to make if they are to keep up their recent performances through the course of the season and challenge for the Premiership title.
Ange Postecoglou’s side have looked brilliant going forward and have managed to outscore their opponents 16 to 4 over the last four games, all of which they have won. Defence still appears to be an area of worry though.
Right-back is an area where the Hoops need to make another signing as soon as possible. While Anthony Ralston has stepped up to the plate and put in great performances recently, beyond him there is very little depth in the position as he is the only recognised right-back in the squad right now.
It might not be long before another right-back arrives at Parkhead though. As reported by Sky Sports, Celtic have started negotiations with Legia Warsaw over a deal to sign Josip Juranovic. The Hoops are confident of agreeing a deal for the Croatian international.

Juranovic could be a great addition for Celtic
Juranovic is believed to be rated at a transfer fee around £2.5 million and he could be a solid addition to Postecoglou’s side.
He is brilliant going forward and as a result, he could be a good fit in Postecoglou’s system. And he is good on the defensive side of things as well.
Juranovic has plenty of experience of European club football and was an important member of Legia Warsaw’s league-winning side from last season. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he has also made 10 appearances for the Croatia national team and featured at UEFA EURO 2020 as well. Thus, it goes without saying that he could prove to be a brilliant signing for Celtic and it remains to be seen if they can get a deal over the line for him.
