Celtic are expected to make a number of signings over the next few months as the club face a massive rebuild and the need to challenge for the Premiership title next season, after losing this time around to the Rangers with six games to spare.
We still don’t know who the manager at that point of time will be though. While John Kennedy is currently in interim charge, it is expected that the club will go after a new manager in the summer following the arrival of Dominic McKay, who replaces Peter Lawwell at the end of the season.
For the time being, it looks like the club won’t make any big signings but are after youngsters, whose contracts are set to run out soon.
They have already managed to agree a pre-contract deal with Sheffield Wednesday’s Liam Shaw, who confirmed that he will be moving to Parkhead. And according to Give Me Sport, the club are also interested in talking with League One side Rochdale’s 18-year-old winger Kwadwo Baah.

Celtic want to sign the Manchester City target
Baah was heavily linked with Manchester City in January and it looked like a move was set to take place. But ultimately, it did not. As a result, other clubs might still have the chance to sign him at the end of the season when his contract runs out.
In 26 appearances, the youngster has scored 3 goals and provided 2 assists, catching the eye of some of the biggest clubs in Europe. Other than Manchester City, the Rangers and West Ham United are also believed to be interested in his signature.
While Baah clearly has a lot of potential, it is unlikely that he will break into the first-team even if the Hoops manage to sign him in the summer. He is clearly one for the future, but judging by the clubs that are interested in signing him, making a move for him seems like a no-brainer.
