Enough is enough. The Celtic board need to take action. And they need to take it immediately if they are to save 10IAR.

Everything that could have gone wrong, has gone wrong for Celtic this season. They find themselves chasing the Rangers in the Premiership. They failed to make it into the Champions League for the third straight season. They are already out of Europe. And now after a 0-2 defeat at home at the hands of Ross County, they are out of the Scottish League Cup as well.

So where did it all go so wrong?

The truth is, we do not know. But one thing is for sure, things cannot continue in the same vein. And the quickest way to fix this mess is to show Neil Lennon the exit door and hope that things change when a new manager comes in through the door.

Truth be told, the Hoops should be beating Ross County nine out of ten days. Yet, here we are, not exactly surprised that the Hoops were handed a defeat. It has been coming for a while to be honest.

Over the last 10 games, they have just won two. And things seem to be getting worse instead of better with every passing game.

Lennon does not deserve all of the blame. No matter what his tactics are, no Celtic side should be struggling this badly against domestic opposition. At this point of time, one has to wonder whether a number of the players have downed their tools already because it certainly looks like the case judging from these performances.

If that is indeed the case then the only solution is for Lennon to leave. He has done incredibly for the club both as a player and as a manager. And it is an absolute shame that this is how it is going to end. But for the sake of our season and 10IAR, he must go. There are no two ways about it.
