Celtic have now acquired the services of one of the most wanted prospects in football, as photos have been linked of the youngster’s signing.

The Celtic Bhoys wrote a few days ago about how one of the top youngsters in the game was close to signing for the Hoops. Now photos have been leaked of the youngster’s signing with the Hoops, which confirms what much of the media believed was inevitable in the first place.

The youngster in question is prospect Bruno Davidson. At just 15-years old, Bruno Davidson was with Edinburgh-side Hutchison Vale. Multiple top clubs such as English Premier League-side Leicester City, and West Ham United according to the Daily Record.

Now that the Hoops have acquired Bruno Davidson’s services, the youngster will be assigned to the developmental squad with the hopes that he can make a contribution to the first team in a few years.

Despite Celtic not making an announcement about the signing, Base Soccer, a talent agency, posted the signing on their Instagram page:

While the signing of a youngster does not help the present situation of the Hoops, it does show that the club always has an eye on the future talent (and pocketbook) of the club. This news nearly coincides with the signing of another player to join the Hoops. Patryk Klimala, a Polish striker, has now appeared in Glasgow for a medical today.

If the striker passes the medical, he will make his way over to the Green and White, and likely be slotted in as a second striker, and as cover for superstar striker Odsonne Edouard.

Despite the two recent signings, the Hoops are likely not done with their acquisitions during this winter transfer window. There are still plenty of holes on the current squad that have been, and will continue to be exploited in the second half of the season if additions are not made.
