3) Momentum Going Forward

The most important takeaway from the win at Aberdeen has to be momentum. Supporters and the media were all over the place after the Zenit defeat, even debating the status of Brendan Rodgers‘ status at Celtic.

More from The Celtic Bhoys

The knee-jerk reactions should be expected, but the win today really puts a lot of the old news to rest.

It also prepares Celtic for what’s ahead. Again, it’s a pretty schedule before this important derby with Rangers in March. Points in the league, while moving farther in the Scottish Cup is all it’s about right now.

You  can only do so much to affect the past. The Zenit loss was frusturating, but at the same time, the Hoops have a good chance at claiming an array of Silverware at the end of the campaign.

It still feels really good to be a Celtic supporter. More wins gets everybody at Paradise one step closer to a relatively successful season, while setting up the Bhoys for what’s ahead in the summer and beyond.
