Jota suffering a long-term injury has left Celtic in a tough position. The Portuguese winger had been doing pretty well after making a return to Parkhead just 18 months after leaving. But now, he is set to spend the next six to nine months recovering. So, the Hoops will need to find a way to replace him this summer, whether that is by making an addition on the flanks or up front.

Dolan has enjoyed a solid campaign in the English Championship. Both Celtic and the Rangers are believed to hold an interest in him. But no offer from either club is on his table, yet.

At the end of the day, Celtic always get linked with a long list of players. Whether the interest is genuine or not remains to be seen. Dolan is not the only winger they are believed to hold an interest in either. Moving Daizen Maeda back to the left flank and signing a striker to compete with Adam Idah is an option for the Hoops as well.
