There are a number of positions on the pitch where Celtic are light on options. One of them is at striker. They never really replaced Kyogo after his departure in January. And this summer, they allowed Adam Idah to leave without a replacement in place either. Then, they could not get a deal over the line for Kasper Dolberg before the close of the summer window and eventually had to settle for Kelechi Iheanacho on a one-year deal after he became a free agent.

Admittedly, Iheanacho has exceeded expectations and looks like someone who can make a positive contribution over the course of the season. But that is just not enough, especially when you consider the drop in form that Daizen Maeda has suffered.

Celtic's lack of options up top is reflected in their lack of goals this season. At this point in time, they could do with another striker.

Amid all this, 67 Hail Hail have come out with a list of three SPFL players who should be on Celtic’s radar. One of them is Kieron Bowie of Hibernian.

Bowie is 23 years of age and currently plays for Hibernian. He has also made one appearance for the Scotland national team so far. He was also part of the Fulham youth ranks at one point in time.

Bowie has made a decent start this season, with four goals and an assist to his name already. And naturally, he has been linked with a move away from Edinburgh, with Celtic being linked with him in the summer as well.

It remains to be seen if Celtic will eventually make a move for the Scottish international or not. They do have a mixed record when it comes to bringing in players from other SPFL teams.
