RB Leipzig player admits to dream of playing at Celtic Park
It goes without saying that the chance to play in the Champions League is a rare one for the majority of professional footballers. So, it is important to make the most of the opportunities that do come along. One would hope that the Celtic players are ready to script another famous European night under the bright lights of Parkhead.
The visitors this time around will be RB Leipzig. And for at least one of their players, it is set to be one item ticked off the bucket list.
Celtic might not be a club competing to win the Champions League. In fact, reaching the knockout phase of the competition would be viewed as an achievement for the Hoops. But the Parkhead atmosphere remains the stuff of legend and one that many players across Europe dream of experiencing at least once in their careers.
As reported by 67 Hail Hail, Christoph Baumgartner said while talking to RB Leipzig's channel:
"I think it’s one of those stadiums in Europe that you dream of playing in as a kid because it just has that history behind it.
"You always hear about the incredible atmosphere here and I’m really looking forward to it."

Of course, Baumgartner's bucket list will be the last thing on Celtic's mind when they welcome RB Leipzig to Parkhead. The atmosphere is expected to be electric as always. It would be up to the players to back that up and give the fans a reason to keep cheering on.
Logic suggests that Celtic would make a fast start. Now, it is important for them to make the most of the opportunities that fall their way. That is something that they have not necessarily done in the past, even when they have put in good performances against high-profile opposition.
The Real Madrid game from a couple of years back comes to mind immediately. Celtic were the better team in the first half but they did not take their chances. It was goalless going into the break and ended up being a 3-0 defeat for the Hoops.
