Celtic head to Ibrox to face Rangers on Sunday in the first Old Firm of the season, and like all of the derbies this season, there will be no away fans in attendance.

This matchup comes in the Premier Sports Cup quarter-finals, and we all know how feisty things got when these two sides met in cup competition last season. Ahead of the game, we have rounded up all the latest injury news surrounding both teams.

Lawrence Shankland - Out

Shankland has been ruled out for at least three months, and potentially four if he undergoes surgery on his hamstring injury.

Youssef Chermiti - Out

Chermiti ruptured his ACL and will be out for the season.

Tuur Rommens - Out

McInnes confirmed this week: "Tuur [Rommens] is back on the pitch running but not joined in with us, but the intention for him is probably to join in full training maybe a day or two after Celtic on Sunday."

Kosta Nedelikovic - Doubt

McInnes said this week: “Kosta Nedelikovic has picked up a little bit of a foot injury so we just need to check how that is today, he has just taken a couple of kicks in training it is wee bit sore we actually got it x-rayed and it was nothing significant we are just hoping that settles a wee bit, it is just bit painful where he gets kicked." Nedelikovic was not in the squad on Wednesday night, so he remains a doubt for Sunday.

Daisuke Yokota - Doubt

McInnes said this week: “Yokota is struggling a wee bit with a groin injury, so he got scanned this morning, and we expect him to miss tomorrow night and depending on the scan, we will see if he misses the weekend, but other than that I think we are good to go.”

Cameron Carter-Vickers - Fit

Carter-Vickers missed Wednesday night, but only due to soreness, with O'Neill resting him to make sure he is fit for Sunday.

Alistair Johnston - Out

Johnston is out until some time in October and will not be available here.

Callum Osmand - Out

Osmand picked up a lower leg injury recently and does not look as though he will be available for at least a couple of weeks.

Landon Emenalo - Out

The new arrival arrived at the club with an injury issue that will keep him out until close to, if not after the international break.

Jota - Out

The winger is recovering from his long-term layoff, and while he is back on the grass, he will not return until October.

Yang Hyun-jun - Out (International)

Yang is not available due to representing South Korea at the Asian Games.
