Rangers boss Philippe Clement admits what he does not like about Celtic
You would not expect any Rangers manager to be fond of Celtic. Especially if you have not gotten the better of the Hoops in any of your five games against them, which has been the case for Philippe Clement. He is winless in Glasgow Derbies so far and if things don't improve in that regard, one would not expect him to remain at Ibrox for too much longer.
Celtic looked a million miles ahead of the Rangers in the first Glasgow Derby of the season, which was played at Parkhead and ended 3-0 in favour of the hosts. Callum McGregor, Kyogo and Daizen Maeda were the three names on the scoresheet for Brendan Rodgers' side.
Most people viewed it as a one-sided contest. Not Clement though, who brought up stats like possession and shots on target after the game.
Recently, Clement has admitted that he does not like the fact that Celtic are ahead and wants to change it as soon as possible. As reported by Glasgow World, the manager said while taking part in a special Q&A event at Edmiston House:
"The other side of the town, they've been building on their squad for more than one year and playing together. It’s normal they are ahead now although I hate that and I want to change it as fast as possible."

It remains to be seen if the Rangers can improve over the course of the season. As things stand, they are already five points behind Celtic after just four games.
Of course, things can change quickly in football. We saw how fast the momentum can swing just last season, not once but twice. At first, the Rangers overturned a significant lead to go ahead in the title race only for Celtic to go on a run of their own and win the title in the end.
Rodgers will know that, having won enough titles and outlasted plenty of Rangers managers over his time as Celtic manager. At the same time, the Hoops will have an eye on improving in Europe.
