Celtic got themselves a major win at the weekend, 3-0 against the Rangers. Goals from Daizen Maeda, Kyogo and Callum McGregor sealed a memorable victory. It was a one-sided contest, to say the least, and on another day, the Hoops could have and perhaps should have, scored a few more. The three points are what matter the most though and Brendan Rodgers' side now have a four-point lead over their Glasgow rivals after just four league games.

There were some faces in attendance to witness Celtic's victory over the Rangers. One of them was Christoph Waltz.

Waltz is a Hollywood A-lister. He is best known for his work in movies like Django Unchained, Spectre, No Time to Die and plenty of others.

He has also won a couple of Academy Awards over the course of his illustrious career. Both for the Best Supporting Actor.

Waltz seemed to enjoy his Glasgow Derby experience at Parkhead. He also took the time to speak to Celtic TV. As reported by 67 Hail Hail, he said:

"We rave about it, but the excitement of being here with you, right now, that close, I’ve never experienced anything like it, because it’s my first time, so you understand my excitement."

Waltz is known to have a soft spot for Bayern Munich but suggested that he would be supporting Celtic if the two sides ever met:

"All I can say is that if they should play each other in Munich [Bayern Munich and Celtic], I would be wearing a green jersey."

It is good to see that Waltz had such a wonderful time at Parkhead. Hopefully, we get to see him in attendance in the future as well.

Coming back to the football, Celtic looked miles ahead of the Rangers at the weekend and it must be starting to feel like familiar story for the Ibrox supporters. A movie they have watched plenty of times in recent years.

Philippe Clement, who was handed a long-term contract very recently, had made a good start to life as Rangers manager only to fade away with time. The same thing happened with Giovanni van Bronckhorst and Mick Beale.
