Hollywood superstar spotted at Celtic Park for Glasgow Derby
The Glasgow Derby is the biggest game in Scottish football without a shadow of a doubt and one of the great spectacles of football. Celtic have enjoyed a great run in the fixture over the last few years for sure, dating back to Ange Postecogou time as manager at Parkhead. This time around, the Hoops got themselves a comfortable 3-0 win against the Rangers to go five points ahead of them in the league table after just four games.
Derby day is always an occasion for heroes to rise and for villains to emerge. And there was a villain in the house when Celtic took on the Rangers at Parkhead. A Bond villian, to be precise.
Of course, Celtic Park is no stranger to famous faces. Christoph Waltz was spotted taking in the Glasgow Derby action this weekend. The 67-year-old Austrian actor is a Hollywood A-lister.
He is best known for his role as the iconic Ernst Stavro Blofeld in James Bond movies Spectre and No Time to Die. He has also been in films like Django Unchained, The Legend of Tarzan, Alita: Battle Angel and many more through the course of his illustrious career on the silver screen.

The Bhoys certainly put on a show in front of the Bond villain. Goals from Callum McGregor, Daizen Maeda and Kyogo settled what was a one-sided contest for the most part.
One has to admit that the Rangers had made a good start to the contest. But once Celtic got going, Philippe Clement's side just could not keep up and one could argue that the scoreline should have been even more one-sided on the day.
Of course, Celtic cannot and hopefully will not, dwell on this result for too long. They need to keep moving forward. There is a lot of Premiership games to be played and a five-point gap can evaporate in a second. Hopefully, they will show signs of progress in the Champions League as well.
