It was another glorious Glasgow Derby victory for Celtic. Daizen Maeda, Kyogo and Callum McGregor managed to find the back of the net on the day to secure a 3-0 win for Brendan Rodgers' side. The result means that they are already five points ahead of the Rangers. And it will surely have shaken any confidence the Ibrox club might have had about competing for the league title this season.

It is hard to see where Philippe Clement's side go from here. The manager was handed a long-term contract recently but fans already seem to have made up their minds about the manager.

Could we see a Rangers manager be shown the exit door in the middle of a campaign for the fourth straight season? Time shall tell but at the moment, things are starting to look shaky for Clement.

On the other hand, it looks like it was not all great for Celtic either. It was a matter of all silver linings having a dark cloud.

Celtic suffer Cameron Carter-Vickers injury blow vs Rangers

There were some doubts about Cartet-Vickers' fitness coming into the Glasgow Derby. The American centre-back did start and play the entire game, proving to be an important contributor once again and keeping a clean sheet against the Rangers.

That might have come at a cost though. Carter-Vickers was pictured leaving in a moon boot after the match. Daniel Griffin posted a photo:

Of course, the seriousness of the matter is yet not known. But it is never a positive sight to see, that is for sure.

There's now a couple of weeks before Celtic take to the pitch again, against Hearts. That could give Carter-Vickers some crucial time to recover from the injury. Hopefully, the American international will be back to full fitness as soon as possible.
