Greg Taylor's future at Celtic remains uncertain but it is more than likely that he will end up leaving the club this summer with his contract running out. Since joining the club from Kilmarnock in 2019, the Scottish left-back has been a key part of the Hoops' setup. But with Kieran Tierney making a return, he was bound to end up in a backup role. So, at 27 years of age, it is easy to see why he might choose to leave for a starting berth elsewhere.

One of the clubs that he has been heavily linked with is PAOK of Greece. For a while, rumours had suggested that a deal had been agreed.

Now, it has emerged that that is not the case after all. Taylor is considering other offers as well, like from FC Copenhagen. But PAOK remain in the mix to sign him.

On the other hand, they have signed a Celtic flop who plays in the opposite full-back position. The Greek club have officially announced the signing of Jonjoe Kenny from Hertha Berlin on a free transfer. He joins them on a three-year deal.

Kenny, back when he was at Everton, spent only half a season on loan at Celtic. He was brought in in early 2021 as the replacement for Jeremie Frimpong, after he left for Bayer Leverkusen.

Kenny did not impress and by the end of the season, there were not too many who wanted the Hoops to sign him on a permanent basis. But since then, he has improved as a player, especially during his spell in Germany.

Now, Kenny finds himself in Greece. Will he be joined there by a fomer Celtic teammate in Taylor? We will find out in the near future.
