Anybody who keeps up with Celtic on social media will have noticed two things over the course of this campaign. First is the club's continuous announcements when it comes to ticket sales. They are having a tough time moving tickets at the moment, which was very clear from the 14,000 empty seats at Parkhead in the Europa League home opener against SC Braga.

Of course, that has not stopped them from putting out one merchandise line after another. It was just recently that the Henrik Larsson collection was released, and already, the SPZL one is here.

It might be about to sit on the shelves for a while though. That is because the Celtic Fans Collective have launched a campaign that will worry the board for sure.

That is the 'Not Another Penny' campaign. It has been officially launched by the Celtic Fans Collective and is based around not putting any further money into the club, other than buying tickets. That means not buying merchandise, drinks or food at stadiums and not attending stadium tours or club-run events.

The aim is quite clear, to make the club take notice of the situation and ultimately end up making changes to how things run. Of course, a large section of the support will have to participate on the campaign in order to make it a success.

Judging by how many announcements that club have put out about tickets recently, this will come as a worry for sure. Now, they have more things to worry about.

Also, this cannot be a good look. The fans openly aim not to buy merchandise and other stuff. And at some point, the Hoops might need to bring about some change in order to address the fan dissatisfaction that has been present for a while.
