Nicolas Kuhn's ex-Rangers agent makes clear Celtic exit claim

Nicolas Kuhn has been the star of the show for Celtic this season so far. He has 21 goal contributions as a winger in just 17 appearances in this campaign across all competitions. They have come in big games as well. Whether it be the Scottish League Cup semi-final against Aberdeen or the Champions League win vs RB Leipzig.

Kuhn has quickly gone from being another player in the Celtic squad to the club's talisman. Of course, that sort of meteoric rise has also come with plenty of interest in his signature.

Clubs from down south are believed to be keeping an eye on Kuhn already. Signed just last January, could his time at Celtic come to an end soon?

It looks like whenever the time to leave does come, it will be a decision that both the player and the club make. As reported by the Daily Record, Kuhn’s agent, former Rangers midfielder Christian Nerlinger, said:

"The speculation is not an issue for us. We have found a home for Nicolas at Celtic. We are not, never, walking out on Celtic without being together with the club because this success story was created by Celtic."

Celtic should not consider parting ways with Kuhn anytime soon. It was just a few months ago that the club brought in a Scottish-record fee as Matt O'Riley left for Brighton & Hove Albion.

This should be another record revenue year for Celtic, as they have impressed in the new-look Champions League format as well. So, all things considered, there is no real rush for them to find a new home for Kuhn.

The winger's star is on the rise. Let's see how far he can go. A call-up to the German national team should not be far away either. If that does come, it will help skyrocket his transfer value.

Of course, for now, the focus has to be on the task at hand. Celtic should be looking to challenge for all domestic titles and move forward in the Champions League.
