This could be a very busy summer to be a Celtic fan. The club have made a bright start to the transfer window, with the arrival of Kieran Tierney, Ross Doohan and Isaac English already announced. More additions could be on the way as it is believed that moves for Benjamin Nygren, Callum Osmand and Hayato Inamura have entered the advanced phase and could be close to completion.

That's great news for Celtic as there was clearly a need to freshen up the squad after a tired display from the team in the second half of last season. It is good to see this level of urgency from the club. We had not seen it since the departure of Ange Postecoglou.

On the other hand, there are plenty of former Celtic stars who could be on the move this summer as well. Kris Ajer, Kyogo, Matt O'Riley, Odsonne Edouard and a few others might be looking for news clubs while Jeremie Frimpong and Tierney have already made their moves.

Kyogo is someone who has been linked with a return to Celtic Park this summer. But it looks like there is plenty of interest in the Japanese striker.

It was looking like Birmingham City were closing in on a move for Kyogo. But now, it appears that plenty others have made their interest known as well.

As reported by The Celtic Way, Ligue 1 side Rennes have reportedly been 'flooded' with loan offers for Kyogo. L'Equipe have reported about a string of enquiries and while the French club would prefer to sanction a permanent exit, they may be willing to green light a temporary one..

Kyogo was absolutely brilliant during his time at Celtic. But at 30 years of age, it is hard to see the club going all out for his signature.
