Crystal Palace keen on signing £8 million Celtic target
Celtic are always on the lookout for some of the best talents around Europe and beyond. Just this summer, we saw the Hoops shell out a club-record £11 million transfer fee to bring in Arne Engels from FC Augsburg. The Belgian international has done well since coming in and will hopefully continue to improve moving forward.
There is certainly some competition in midfield right now. Callum McGregor is an automatic starter. Reo Hatate, Paulo Bernardo and Engels will be competing for the remaining two spots in the middle of the park.
There are other positions that Celtic are looking to improve in the future. But it looks like Crystal Palace could make a push to sign one of their top transfer targets very soon.
As reported by GIVEMESPORT, Crystal Palace could edge ahead of Manchester United and Celtic in the race to sign Bazoumana Toure. The Eagles are prepared to step their interest up for the Hammarby youngster in the coming weeks.

Toure joined Hammarby just earlier this year. But he has already made enough of an impression to draw the attention of some of Europe's top clubs.
Toure, who is 18 years of age, is making quite an impact in the Swedish league. According to stats from Transfermarkt, the winger has scored 7 goals and provided 3 assists in 19 appearances for Hammarby so far.
So, there can be no doubt about Toure's potential. And it is believed that it would take a transfer fee in the region of £8 million to sign the Ivory Coast youth international.
If Celtic were able to sign Toure, he would compete with Daizen Maeda for the starting spot. On the other hand, it might spell the end of Luis Palma's career at Parkhead.
