Celtic are going to be busy this summer. We already know that they are set to bring back two familiar faces, with pre-contract deals already in place for Kieran Tierney and Ross Doohan. The duo came through the academy. Eventually, they will have to shell out transfer fees to sign players as well. On the other hand, there are quite a few who are expected to head for the exit door.

The departure of Scott Bain has already taken place. More are expected to follow over the coming weeks and months.

One player who looks almost certain to leave this summer is Luis Palma. The Honduran winger spent the second half of last season out on loan at Olympiacos and was not able to impress. As a result, the Greek side did not take up their buyout option on the deal.

Now, Palma is set to find himself back at Celtic. But he is not expected to get back into Brendan Rodgers' team. Instead, another move, potentially back to Greece, could be on the cards for him.

As reported by Once Noticias, Celtic and Palma's entourage are already working on a move during the transfer window, which could take the form of a new loan or a permanent transfer. The Honduran winger's priority is to gain playing time.

Palma has already had two spells in Greece, playing for Aris and Olympiacos. Now, he has been linked with three Greek clubs, as it looks like a third stint might not be far away.

As for Celtic, they do need to strengthen on the flanks following Jota's injury and the uncertainty around the future of Nicolas Kuhn. Could Palma be the one to step in in a time of need? Probably not but never say never.
