It’s a brilliant start to the season for Celtic. They have yet to taste defeat domestically and also hold a nine-point lead at the top of the Premiership over Aberdeen in second place, who have played a game more. Even further behind in third, 14 points adrift of the top, are the Rangers. The Hoops also have a goal difference of 43 after just 15 league games. it is worth mentioning that Philippe Clement's side have played a game less than their Glasgow rivals.

In the last two matches, a tough game against Aberdeen at Pittodrie in awful conditions and a home fixture with Hibs, there have been important goals scored. Reo Hatate’s brilliant control and shot in midweek helped secure a valuable 1-0 win.

Then on Saturday with the game at 2-0, Kyogo put it to bed. A great run, an amazing takedown and a flick over the keeper to make it 3-0.

It’s another in the long run of great goals from this team so far this season. The previous weekend saw several others in that emphatic win at home over Ross County. This is where the difficult decisions for Celtic fans this season start to pile up. How on earth are they going to pick a goal of the season with so many amazing goals being scored?

The goal of the month for November is just out and gives a really good example of the range of goals from just that month alone. From the men’s team, it offers up Daizen Maeda in a few variations. His first goal from his hattrick against Aberdeen at Hampden in the League Cup semi-final. he then has an assist for Nicolas Kuhn’s stunning strike at Tynecastle against Hearts. And he is back in his own right for that amazing equaliser against Club Brugge.

Callum McGregor has developed a habit of scoring from outside the box this season. His goal against Ross County at the weekend is another of the options to select. As is Adam Idah’s first-half strike from the same game. Plus a great goal from Murphy Agnew in the Celtic women’s Champions League game against Chelsea to complete the six top goals for November.

There were of course many other contenders which just didn't make it into that final six. Of course, that's just one month in what will be a long season. There are many more matches in the league, in Europe and at least one cup final still to come. It is going to be a tough task to choose, but one I’m sure we’ll enjoy tackling when the time comes.
