Celtic are set to remain without Kieran Tierney and Kasper Hogh for their Premiership clash with St Mirren on Saturday. The Bhoys still have a 100% record in the league up to this point, making easy work of Aberdeen during the week.
But their trip to St Mirren promises to be their biggest test yet, with the Buddies currently second after four games, yet to lose and picking up 10 points from a possible 12.
It's likely one of the two teams will see their unbeaten record crumble on Saturday, and Celtic will be pushing to avoid such a fate. Celtic will be able to count on the majority of their new signings, who have now been registered, with the exception of Landon Emenalo, who has been registered but is injured, and there are also a couple of injury concerns elsewhere.
Tierney and Hogh, who both missed the Aberdeen clash, are set to remain out here, missing training on Friday, which suggests they will not be part of the travelling squad. It was hoped they would be back this weekend, but that almost certainly will not be the case.
The two absences add to the absences of Alistair Johnston, who is out until some time in October, and Emenalo, who is expected to be out for a few weeks.
Other than that, Celtic should be fit and ready to go. Camilo Duran has been deputising in the central striker role, which is his natural position anyway, and he is likely to start there again after three goals in his last two games.
With Tierney and Emenalo out, Liam Scales is the only real choice to play at left-back, while Colby Donovan should keep his place on the right, but new signing Jordan Lotomba is an option, as is Anthony Ralston, who has not been strongly considered so far this season.
Martin O'Neill could yet rotate after the mid-week game, but in truth, the Bhoys were able to take their foot off the gas second half after establishing three-goal lead by half-time, so it's unlikely there are any major fitness concerns.
