Celtic got back to winning ways this weekend with their 3-0 victory over St Mirren. Kuhn, who has been the club's best player this season, scored a brace while Auston Trusty also found the back of the net. They needed this result after their one-sided defeat in the recent Glasgow Derby at Ibrox. Speaking of the Rangers, they could only manage a 3-3 draw against Hibernian to slip behind in the title race once again.

One player who played the full game against St Mirren is Greg Taylor. The left-back has been linked with a Parkhead exit in recent times though.

Taylor is believed to be on the radar of Dinamo Zagreb. On the other hand, his current deal is set to run out at the end of the season.

Interestingly, no agreement has been reached between Celtic and Taylor despite the fact that he has been a starter for so long. One has to wonder if it is a sign that he is on his way out of the club.

Some Celtic fans started to sing the name of Kieran Tierney late in the game against St Mirren. It is worth mentioning here that the club have been heavily linked with the Arsenal defender in recent weeks.

It is believed that they have already begun negotiations to bring back Tierney. But Brendan Rodgers was not happy with the chants despite that. As reported by Sky Sports, he said:

"A total lack of respect. Of course it is.

Greg Taylor, he’s been absolutely amazing at this club. How does he feel? He nearly breaks his nose (today), bleeding for the club, for the cause.

“I’m more worried about the players that are here. It’s not very respectful to sing for another player, no matter what Kieran’s history is. I don’t like that.

“I have a young player who’s given so much to this club over a number of years, consistently. His robustness, ability, what he’s done for the club. So, that needs to be respected. He might decide to go elsewhere.

“But at this moment in time, he’s here, he’s very much a Celtic player and we want to support that.

“Hopefully we can get to some agreement to let him stay."

Taylor has certainly done a good job for Celtic in the time that he has spent at the club. There is a feeling though that that is one area of the pitch that the Hoops could improve in and bringing in Tierney would represent that improvement despite his shaky injury record.
