Celtic are in a terrific position right now, both domestically and in Europe. The Hoops are expected to compete for all three titles in Scotland once again. They are leading the Premiership by three points while the Rangers sit eleven behind. The two Glasgow giants will also meet in the final of the League Cup.

On the other hand, the improvement that they have showcased in the Champions League cannot be overlooked either. They have lost only once after five games in Europe's top competition.

Whether Celtic make it to the next phase of the competition or not is a different discussion altogether. But they are on the right path for sure.

Brendan Rodgers appears to have hinted that the club could make signings in January as well, while also having eyes on recruitment beyond that at the same time. As reported by CeltsAreHere, the manager told Celtic TV:

"The recruitment team have been quite busy, yeah.

“It’s always ongoing, isn’t it?

“Even if we’re not just looking for January, it’s beyond."

Rumours have suggested that Celtic could be looking to sign another winger in January, with the future of Luis Palma in doubt. The Honduran has done pretty well for his national team lately but that has not led to more playing time at Parkhead. Thus, an exit is starting to feel somewhat inevitable.

On the other hand, there have also been talks of bringing in a third striker to provide cover to Kyogo and Adam Idah. Many fans would like to see that role be filled from within the academy ranks, with Daniel Cummings in superb form and drawing the interest of clubs down south.

It is good to see that the club are continually looking for ways to improve. That can never stop at a club like Celtic. Hopefully, they are able to finish their Champions League campaign strong and make it to the next phase of the competition.
