Mikael Lustig celebrated Celtic’s 9-in-a-row by trolling the Rangers fans in epic fashion on Instagram. Once a Bhoy always a Bhoy!

Mikael Lustig shows he’s still very much a part of the Celtic family with his funny 9 in a row celebratory picture on Instagram to coincide with the official news that the 2020 Premiership league title is confirmed.

Lustig may have left as a player and moved on to Belgium club Gent at the start of the last summer transfer window. But he’s shown where his heart is over the last couple of weeks by joining in the Celtic family celebrations.

He popped up online earlier in May as Celtic FC held an online  #CelticRewatchParty.  This celebrated  the Hoops 5-0 home title sealing win for 7 in a row back in 2018 against the Rangers. Skipper Scott Brown commented online via twitter through the rewatched match. Lustig appeared too and added a half time round up video online with his view and memories of that historic game.

And many of us will remember fondly his impromptu hats in games against Rangers. Who can forget Lustig jogging past Joey Barton with a huge smile and a beach ball as a hat? Or when he grabbed that policeman’s hat to wear in the melee with the crowd in that 2018 win?

Now he’s bang on again with an instant response to the 9 in a row declaration. He signalled 8 in a row on the pitch against the Rangers last season. And he’s not missing out now despite his move. Here’s his fabulous picture from Instagram giving a new style of digital update, he’s added the 9th finger!!

Nice one Mikael Lustig, always in our hearts too. It’s great that we are all celebrating together. We’ll see you next year for 10!
