Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths has left some fans a tad confused after posting a cryptic tweet on Twitter on Monday while the league is suspended.

It appears that players and fans have quite a bit of free time on their hands while the world is on shutdown due to the novel coronavirus. For Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths, it is the same, as he quite a bit of time on his hands.

On Monday, Leigh Griffiths tweeted out on Twitter a relatively cryptic tweet that has left a lot of fans confused as to that the meaning is. It has to do with social distancing and The Simpsons, a popular adult cartoon television show.

In any case, here is to hoping that football and the world gets back underway safely, and healthy soon. It is such as shame too, considering the form that the club was in just prior to this suspension. However, have faith this will end soon enough, and the way of life we love will return soon.
