The Scottish Premiership transfer merry-go-round is already in full swing, but Celtic are yet to participate. The Bhoys are yet to get off the mark when it comes to new signings, but they are still expected to be among the most active clubs when all is said and done.

There were no new faces for the Hoops at the start of pre-season on Friday, but Martin O'Neill is likely to make sure there are at least a handful come the start of the season next month.

Elsewhere, Rangers are off the mark, and so are Hearts, who are in the midst of a huge summer of change. Here we round up the transfer latest from around the Scottish Premiership.

Celtic get winger boost

Celtic have been linked with a move with Go Ahead Eagles winger Jakob Breum this summer. The left-winger scored six and assisted seven in the Dutch top flight last season, and he is now in the final year of his contract.

De Stentor, have reported that Go Ahead Eagles will 'work to facilitate the departure' of Breum this summer due to him being in the final year of his deal with the club. Now is seen as the best time to offload the 22-year-old to ensure the club get a profit, even if the fee is likely to be lower than the player's true valuation.

It will be interesting to see if Celtic follow up with an approach.

Rangers goalkeeper swap in the offing

Rangers are said to be ready to swap goalkeepers with Premier League newcomers Hull City. According to the Hull Daily Mail, the Gers will send Jack Butland to Hull in a move that will see Ivor Pandur go the other way to Ibrox.

While portrayed as a swap deal, it is anything but, with Rangers paying around £6million for Pandur, who is currently at the World Cup with Croatia. Butland will likely head the other way on a much smaller fee to serve as the Tigers' back-up keeper.

Dundee accept deal

Dundee United are said to have agreed a £1.8million deal to sell Will Ferry. It's claimed a top-tier Czech side has made the approach, and Ferry is said to have been given permission to discuss terms with them.

Blackburn Rovers and Charlton Athletic are said to have been interest, but neither have matched the fee offered. Ferry is in the final year of his deal, which has forced Dundee into an open stance over his move.
