All of Celtic's focus right now has to be on their opening game in the Europa League, as they will be taking on Red Star Belgrade away in Serbia. Many would consider the atmosphere there as the toughest away trip in European football. So, the Hoops cannot afford to take their eye of the upcoming challenge for a second.
There won't be any scope for rest after that daunting European trip though. Celtic will be back in Premiership action at the weekend, in an equally important game, as they will welcome Hibernian to Parkhead.
Celtic might be nine points ahead of the Rangers but there is no room to slip up. Not only won't they want to allow the Ibrox club to close down the gap, but they also need to keep up with Hearts, who have made an impressive start to the season.
The Scottish FA have announced the officials for the game between Celtic and Hibernian. Don Robertson will be the referee. And he will be assisted by Graeme Stewart and Chris Rae. Steven McLean will be on VAR duty with Graeme Leslie as his assistant in the studio.

Of course, Celtic fans will have some thoughts on those appointments for sure. But it is important to not focus on anything other than the game against Red Star at this point in time.
It is pretty obvious that Celtic fans would have been a lot happier if the Hoops made the Champions League. That always has to be the target at a club of this level.
That being said, that does not mean that they do not try to make the most of this Europa League campaign. This is a great chance for them to make a deep run in Europe and see if they can cope up with tough teams over two legs.
