Celtic are back in action again on Wednesday night, when they hit the road to face St Johnstone away from home. The Bhoys maintained their 100% record over the weekend, defeating in-form St Mirren, and they will want to do the same here.
St Johnstone did win themselves over the weekend, beating Hibs to move up to seventh in the table. Ahead of the game, we have rounded up the predicted Celtic starting XI as Martin O'Neill looks to manage a relentless schedule.
GK - Viljami Sinisalo
In solid form, Sinisalo will remain the starter for now, meaning new signing Sam Johnstone will have to wait for his opportunity.
LB - Liam Scales
Kieran Tierney looks as though he might be fit to play, but coming off the back of injury, and with Rangers on the weekend, O'Neill may well play it safe and start him from the bench, especially with Scales having played over the weekend. It sends the right message to stick with Scales, and there shouldn't be any great risk in a game Celtic should feel confident about winning.
CB - Auston Trusty
Trusty has been solid for the most part this season, and he should keep his place here.
CB - Cameron Carter-Vickers
Still in solid form, Carter-Vickers should get the nod at the back.
RB - Jordan Lotomba
Colby Donovan is the go-to on the right in Alistair Johnston's absence, but there could well be a little rotation here to give Lotomba his first taste of action in a Celtic shirt. Donovan has played a lot of football of late, and O'Neill may want him fresh for the Rangers game.
CDM - Mika Baur
Baur played really well against St Mirren. He is playing in a deeper role, but with much-needed licence to get forward, with the more formal holding role not really his game.
CDM - Callum McGregor
McGregor should be the go-to for the pivot role, as ever. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is also an option should there be fatigue at play, given the quick turnaround.
CAM - Benjamin Nygren
Nygren is one of the first names on the teamsheet for O'Neill.
RW - Haissem Hassan
Hassan was excellent last time out, and he will surely keep his place on the right as a result.
LW - Sebastian Tounekti
With Yang Hyun-jun now away with the Asian Games, O'Neill is likely to turn to Tounekti, unless Hogh is available and Duran can play on the wing, but that does not look likely for this game.
CF - Camilo Duran
Hogh may well be available for this game, but he will just be coming back from injury, and that means a place on the bench, at best, is likely. Duran will likely remain the starter, having done so well in the central position.
