Manchester United hand €3m transfer boost to Celtic
Celtic's search for Joe Hart's replacement has seen them being linked with a wide number of goalkeepers from around Europe. The Englishman has done a great job over the past three years being the club's number one between the posts and while he continues to perform at a high level, the 37-year-old has announced that he will be retiring after this season.
Hart has had an exceptional career to say the least, winning multiple league titles in both England and Scotland. And Celtic will have a tough task, replacing a player of his quality and experience.
Ugurcan Cakir of Trabzonspor is someone they are rumoured to have an eye on. And Manchester United might end up handing Celtic a boost in the race to sign the Turkish international.
As reported by InternetHaber, it is among the news that Manchester United are willing to part with Altay Bayindir and will accept a fee of €3 million. Trabzonspor are believed to be eyeing him as Cakir's replacement.

Bayindir joined Manchester United just last summer but has not been able to become a key part of Erik ten Hag's plans at Old Trafford. In fact, he has made just a single appearance so far this season.
Speculation has suggested that Bayindir is already eyeing up a return to Turkey. And him joining Trabzonspor could open the door for Cakir to leave.
In many ways, someone like Cakir would be an ideal replacement for Hart. He is 28 years of age and a regular Turkish international, so he has the necessary experience. But at the same time, he is also pretty much in his prime as a footballer and should be able to perform at a high-level for a long time to come. There have been suggestions that the Hoops are ready to shell out a transfer fee around £7.5 million.
