Celtic will be expected to strengthen in a number of positions in the upcoming summer transfer window. The club have disappointed with their recruitment in Brendan Rodgers' first season back as their manager and will surely be looking to rectify them moving forward. And one thing that they must do is sign some proven players.

That has been one of the key issues that Celtic have faced in recent times. The club have invested heavily on potential but rarely has that been met at Parkhead. As a result, they now have a ton of players who are not making any real contribution to the first-team.

The risk of that happening goes down significantly if they sign players who have already proven themselves elsewhere. That is why someone like Bojan Miovski could be an excellent addition to this team.

But there looks set to be high-level competition for the Aberdeen standout. As reported by Gol, Feyenoord have joined the race for the signature of Miovski. According to the Dutch media, the player is one of the options for them in the 2024/25 season.

Celtic were heavily linked with a move for Miovski in the winter as well before bringing in Adam Idah on loan from Norwich City. Back then, it was reported that Aberdeen would look for a £5 million transfer fee to part ways with their star striker. That would be a record move involving two Scottish clubs.

It is not hard to understand why Aberdeen would be looking for that kind of a figure either. Miovski is having a tremendous season right now. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he has scored 24 goals and provided 4 assists in 48 appearances.

That is an excellent return for any striker. Especially one playing for a side that has largely struggled for form all season. Let's see if Celtic will try to sign Miovski in the summer or not, but if they do, they should have no lack of competition to deal with.
