Celtic team news
Celtic are expected to be without Maik Nawrocki. However, the chances of him starting were paper-thin anyway. The Hoops should field an unchanged lineup from that which defeated St Mirren in a flawless 3-0 win although there is a case to be made for Kyogo to be brought in, considering his record against the Rangers.
Predicted Celtic lineup vs St Mirren: Schmeichel; Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Scales, Taylor; Bernardo, McGregor, Hatate; Forrest, Idah, Maeda
Rangers team news
For the Rangers, the three injury concerns are Nicolas Raskin, Oscar Cortes and Ridvan Yilmaz. None of the trio will make the short trip to Celtic Park. Other than this, Philippe Clement could also name an unchanged XI.
Predicted Rangers lineup vs Celtic: Butland; Tavernier, Souttar, Balogun, Jefte; Sterling, Barron; Cerny, Lawrence, Matondo; Dessers
Celtic vs Rangers score prediction
Celtic will be more up for this one than any of their opening games, which should be a scary thought for the visitors. Celtic 2-0 Rangers is our prediction for the first Glasgow Derby of the season.
