It was a day of celebrations for Celtic. The result of their game against St Mirren did not really matter as the league title race had already been decided but the Hoops still finished things off in style, with a 3-2 win with the goals coming from Matt O'Riley, Kyogo and Luis Palma. After the match, they lifted the Premiership trophy as the Parkhead crowd celebrated another piece of silverware. The focus will now turn towards the Scottish Cup final against the Rangers next weekend.

The Hampden Park contest gives Celtic the chance to finish the season with a double. But one player's actions during the title celebrations caught the eye of many.

After lifting the trophy himself, Nicolas Kuhn offered it to Odin Thiago Holm. The Norwegian midfielder appeared to shake his head though and went on to stand behind his teammates instead.

Is it a sign of Holm potentially being on the way out of Celtic in the summer, having not played much? Or is it simply the midfielder feeling that he had not earned it and so he refused to lift the trophy?

Holm was signed in the summer and came to Scotland with a big reputation. He was one of the most highly-rated players in Norway and had even been compared to Martin Odegaard.

Holm had shown glimpses of quality early on in the season as well. But by the end of the campaign, he was barely getting any playing time and was not even being included in the squad.

Yes, Celtic do have a lot of strength in the middle of the park. But it still feels like Holm could have been afforded a bit more playing time. Naturally, one has to wonder what the future holds for him at Parkhead.
