With all the exit rumours surrounding Celtic right now, it feels like a lot of the focus has moved away from players that the Hoops need to sign. Matt O'Riley is on the verge of joining Brighton & Hove Albion in a Scottish record move. Kyogo has been linked with a move to Manchester City as well. And with less than a week left in the summer transfer window, there is not much time left to find replacements or reinforcements.

One would hope that Kyogo will remain at the club. Even then, Celtic need to sign another striker to cover for him and Adam Idah.

A lot of the focus is set to be on finding a replacement for O'Riley though and understandably so. He was Celtic's best player last season and by a country mile.

At the same time, the striker situation cannot be ignored. Interestingly, it looks like a Chelsea striker is available to move in the last week of the summer transfer window and he could be a decent addition for Celtic on loan.

It looks set to be a busy week at Stamford Bridge. As reported by Fabrizio Romano, David Datro Fofana is one of the players Chelsea need to find a solution for.

Datro Fofana was signed by Chelsea for a transfer fee believed to be around €12 million from Molde. He has not scored a goal for the Blues so far.

That is largely due to him spending a ton of time away from the club. He spent the first half of last season out on loan at Union Berlin but did not impress. He was much better in the second half of the campaign at Burnley.

Datro Fofana scored 4 goals and provided an assist for Burnley, but could not prevent them from getting relegated. Now, the 21-year-old is expected to go out on loan again and a move to Parkhead might not be a bad idea at this stage of his career.
