Brendan Rodgers signing open to leaving Celtic in January
Celtic's signings this summer have made a positive start to life at Parkhead. Of course, we all knew what to expect from Paulo Bernardo and Adam Idah. Bringing in Kasper Schmeichel to replace Joe Hart is proving to be a masterstroke as well. Arne Engels looks like the real deal. We need to see more from Auston Trusty, Luke McCowan and Alex Valle before coming to any conclusions. As for Viljami Sinisalo, he was always brought in as the cover option for the foreseeable future.
It remains to be seen how their times at Parkhead transpire. Of course, most of the club's signings from last summer have proven to be transfer mistakes.
Quite a few have already departed the club. And now, it looks like the future of Luis Palma is headed in the same direction.
Palma's future has been a topic of heavy discussion in recent times. The Honduran winger had started brightly at Celtic last season but has lost his place in the team since then. And at the moment, there does not seem to be a way back for him, as he continues to struggle when given chances.

All things considered, Palma leaving Celtic in the future seems like the most likely solution. And it looks like the winger is open to that idea as well.
As reported by Crono Metro (via Daily Record), Palma "could say goodbye" to Celtic in January "either on loan or a sale". This is because of the "tough competition" for a starting spot.
Palma might be inspired by Alexandro Bernabei. The Argentine left-back failed to make the grade at Celtic and left on loan to join Brazilian club, SC Internacional. He is doing pretty well there and perhaps that could lead to some others looking for similar opportunities.
