Ange Postecoglou's Tottenham Hotspur want to sign Celtic ace

Over the past few days, there has been a lot of talk about players who could potentially end up leaving Celtic this summer. Matt O'Riley is someone who has been linked with clubs like Atletico Madrid, Manchester United, Inter Milan and more, and it seems like only a matter of time before he ends up departing Parkhead.

There has also been speculation about the future of Kyogo in recent days. There is rumoured to be interest in him from Japanese side Urawa Red Diamonds, as well as teams from England and Germany.

Now, there appears to be another player who is drawing a ton of interest from top-level teams. It is none other than Daniel Kelly, who featured a decent bit when Callum McGregor and Reo Hatate were out injured.

As reported by the Daily Record, Ange Postecoglou could be set to look towards his former club for reinforcements with Tottenham Hotspur joining Manchester United in the race for Kelly. The English giants are tracking the youngster's progress as talks continue with Celtic over a new deal.

It has been a long time since someone came through the Celtic youth ranks in order to become a regular in the first-team picture. Kelly appears to be someone who has the potential to reach that level, given his development goes according to plan.

But considering the type of clubs rumoured to be interested in Kelly, it would be difficult for Celtic to agree a new deal with him. That being said, he might have an easier path into the first team in Glasgow rather than Manchester or London.

Of course, Kelly is not the only highly-rated youngster who is being linked with a move away from Celtic ahead of the summer transfer window. Rocco Vata is another such player, with Italy looking like his most likely destination.
