Every summer, there is interest in Celtic players. And more often than not, when big clubs from the top five leagues come calling, there is only one outcome. Matt O'Riley left for Brighton last summer. Kyogo joined Rennes in the winter. There is little reason to believe that things will change in that regard anytime soon.

Now, this does not mean that every Celtic player being linked with a move away will end up leaving this summer. But it would come as somewhat of a surprise if there is no high-profile exit in this window.

Nicolas Kuhn is the one who looks most likely to leave Celtic this summer. But his potential summer exit has taken an unexpected turn.

As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Como's negotiations with Celtic continue, but at the moment, there is still no agreement between the clubs on the figures of the deal. While they have not given up on the Kuhn move, at the moment, Jayden Addai is the closest to wearing the white and blue shirt.

It remains to be seen what the future holds for Kuhn. It is looking increasingly unlikely that he will end up at Como.

That being said, that does not rule out a Celtic exit. Other clubs like RB Leipzig and Newcastle United have been heavily linked with a move for the German winger as well. So, there is every chance that he could still end up leaving Parkhead before the transfer window closes.

There is one thing that might end up changing that though. That is if Kuhn ends up deciding to stay and sign an extension. There had been whispers of a new deal earlier in the summer but not much talk has been there in recent months.
