It feels like so much has happened at Celtic over the past several weeks. It has not just been about exits and arrivals, but a lot more. The fans are well and truly dissatisfied with how the club is being run and it remains to be seen if this leads to any genuine change behind the scenes in the structure. Do not be surprised if it does not.

Amid all this, it is easy to forget about a lot of moves that have taken place. One such one was Maik Nawrocki's loan switch to Hannover 96.

It is easy to forget that Nawrocki is still a Celtic player. He impressed whenever given a chance last season but it looks like that was not enough to convince Brendan Rodgers to keep him around. Hannover 96 are believed to have an option to buy included in the deal.

The Polish centre-back's time in Germany has not been off to the brightest start as he has been dealing with an injury. But he got himself some playing time in the tank recently. During the international break, Hannover 96 played a friendly game against Hamburger SV and Nawrocki featured for 45 minutes before being subbed off.

A lot of Celtic fans wanted to see Nawrocki get more chances last season after he did well whenever on the pitch. But it looks like he simply was not the right fit for what Rodgers was looking for in his centre-backs.

It remains to be seen how he does out on loan at Hannover 96. It would not be a surprise if he does exceed a lot of people's expectations.

In recent times, we have seen quite a few players leave Celtic and thrive elsewhere. Two names that come to mind immediately are Oh Hyeon-gyu and Tomoki Iwata. Could Nawrocki join that list in the future?
