Celtic have been very busy over the past few days, completing both incomings and outgoings. Of course, all the talk right now is about the impending departure of Nicolas Kuhn, who is set to join Cesc Fabregas' Como side. But that is not the only move involving one of the Hoops' players that is on the verge of completion right now.
There are quite a few other Celtic players who are headed for the exit door as well. In fact, it looks like the defence is set to undergo a makeover this summer.
Maik Nawrocki has already completed a loan move to Hannover 96. Now, Gustaf Lagerbielke, who joined Celtic in the same summer transfer window as the Polish centre-back, is also set to leave. In his case, it is going to be a permanent deal.
As reported by Anthony Joseph, Lagerbielke has completed a medical ahead of his £2 million move to SC Braga. The move is still to be finalised, but is expected to be done this week.

It remains to be seen what the future holds for Lagerbielke. Right now, it looks like he is going to be a SC Braga playery very soon.
It has never really worked out for him at Celtic. And to be honest, he never really got a real chance to show what he was capable of, as his style of play never appeared to be the right fit for the system that Brendan Rodgers was looking for his team to play. That has to go down as a failure of the recruitment team more than anything.
He spent the previous season out on loan at FC Twente. While he did not do enough to earn a permanent move to the Eredivisie, he was clearly impressive to the point that SC Braga have made a move for him.
