Celtic finished off their league season with a 1-1 draw against St Mirren at home, with a 94th-minute goal from James Forrest closing the show before lifting their fourth-straight Premiership title. The campaign is not over for Brendan Rodgers' winning machine just yet though. They still have a Scottish Cup final against Aberdeen coming up.

Celtic have to be considered favourites going into the game. Especially after they won 5-1 against Aberdeen at Pittodrie Stadium recently.

That being said, all cup finals are one-off games with form going out of the window. Also, one cannot overlook the fact that Celtic will be without two of their regular starters in the form of Jota and Reo Hatate, with both ruled out due to injury. So, this game could be a lot closer than most believe.

An announcement has been made regarding the Scottish Cup final as well. The club have confirmed on their official website that the tickets for the match are now sold out.

Aberdeen were handed an allocation of over 20,000 for the final, as the Dons look to win their first trophy in over a decade. It was their biggest in a while, and to be fair to them, they were sold out in hours.

Of course, that allocation means that plenty of Celtic fans are set to miss out on attending the Scottish Cup final, But at least, it has not been a Hampden Park trip in late May is not a rare occasion for the Hoops.

It remains to be seen how the final will play out between the two sides. All things considered, Celtic are the better team, there is no doubt about that. But the Dons have the ability to cause an upset on their day and cannot be taken lightly.
