It has been pretty common for Celtic to send their youngsters out on loan to other clubs in order to get some playing time. Because that is very hard to come by at Parkhead.

Unfortunately, no matter how things turn out for these players out on loan, it has rarely led to more opportunities in the senior team at Celtic. The club have had a tough time promoting youngsters to the senior team.

So, it should not come as a surprise that plenty of them have chosen to leave early on in their careers. Hope things change soon.
