He currently plays in the second division of French football. As reported by Foot National (via Daily Record), Kalidou Sidibe is one of five players alongside Enzo Basilio, Sabri Guendouz, Alpha Sissoko and Jacques Swie who Guingamp believe they can bank sizeable transfer fees for this summer.

On the other hand, there is also an expectation that Celtic will go out and sign someone capable of playing further up in midfield as well, most probably in the number 10 role.
