Celtic are back in Europa League action on Thursday night, when they face Benfica away from home in what will likely be their biggest test of the league phase.
The Bhoys lost their opening game in this competition, coming up short against Ferencvaros, while Benfica defeated AC Milan to get off to a flyer.
With Celtic heavy underdogs here, we have taken a look at what we want to see from the Bhoys, even if they don't manage to come away with any points.
Match Benfica's intensity
First of all, we need to see Celtic match Benfica's intensity. The Bhoys are not going to match their quality. They are simply not good enough, and there isn't any shame in that.
Benfica are a top side, a Champions League-calibre side that would beat even the vast majority of Premier League teams down South.
There is no avoiding the fact that a win or even a draw here is unlikely. It's possible that Celtic come away with something, but it is very unlikely. What we have seen from the Hoops against better teams this season is totally flat performances that are lacking in any kind of intensity.
Quality must often be bought, but intensity is free. Bring the effort and keep it up for 90 minutes, regardless of how the games goes. We must see that from this Celtic side.
Stay in the game
Again, who know how this game goes. But what we want to see if Benfica end up going ahead, is Celtic staying in the game and remaining competitive.
Too often in these big games, Celtic concede, and then we see them fall to pieces. Ever since that LASK second leg, the Bhoys have been unable to stem the tide when the games starts to go against them, and if they go behind here, we need to see them steady the ship and stay in the game.
Kasper Hogh, give us something to work with
A more individual one, but we need to see something from Kasper Hogh here. He is an £11million signing that Celtic signed to add European experience and knowhow.
They need Hogh to step up in this game and provide some quality and confidence at the top end of the pitch. They need him to hold the ball up and create danger whenever there is the opportunity to create it.
Hogh has been sorely lacking in confidence, and Celtic need him to take the mantle and lead from the front here.
