Celtic are always on the lookout for top young talents. In recent times, the club have spread their scouting network further and wider. Results have been somewhat mixed so far. Their signings in the first season under the management of Ange Postecoglou were spectacular. But since then, the success rate has been somewhat questionable.

Many fans even believe that the club need to bring in more experienced and established players instead of just focusing on signing youngsters. But that has not stopped Celtic from being linked with young talents from around the world.

Celtic have not been very active in recent years when it comes to signing players from Scottish Premiership teams. But it looks like they have a Motherwell wonderkid in their sights.

As reported by TEAMtalk, Rangers and Celtic are keeping close tabs on Lennon Miller. Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa, Newcastle United, Brighton & Hove Albion, Brentford and West Ham United are among the teams who have an eye on him as well.

Miller is just 17 years of age. He plays as a midfielder for Motherwell but it seems like only a matter of time before he gets a big move away.

Miller is getting consistent playing time this season. Even in the previous campaign, he had played a bit for Motherwell at the first-team level.

It remains to be seen what the future holds for him. It looks like a move to the Premier League is very much a possibility. But then, would that be the best for his development or would he get lost in the shuffle there?

Interestingly, things have worked out pretty well for Ben Doak. He swapped Celtic for Liverpool and is already involved in the first-team picture. And there has been a growing trend of Scottish wonderkids moving to top five European leagues.
