Celtic must sign Real Madrid player on pre-contract
Celtic need to make additions in a few positions next summer, perhaps even in January if the right opportunity presents itself. Let’s see how things play out from here on forward. We are a couple of months away from the January transfer window opening. Expect the Hoops to make a few additions.
One area where Celtic are pretty weak at the moment is goalkeeper. Joe Hart has done a pretty good job since arriving but there are now questions being asked about the Englishman.
Hart has a year left on his current deal and it is hard to imagine that he will be offered an extension, at 36 years of age. So, the Hoops must sign another goalkeeper in the very near future.
One player who Celtic have been heavily linked with lately is Caoimhin Kelleher of Liverpool. He is a very good goalkeeper but has not gotten a lot of chances at Liverpool. As a result, his future is in doubt and the Hoops should keep an eye on his situation throughout. But there is another player they must have an eye on at all times.

The player in question is none other Andriy Lunin. He has been considered one of the top young goalkeepers in the world for a long time.
But he has not gotten a lot of chances at Real Madrid to prove himself. Right now, Lunin has less than a year left on his contract with the club and it looks like he will be on his way out next summer, or maybe even in January.
Celtic should definitely keep an eye on his situation as well. He is in a very similar situation to Kelleher at Liverpool. And both of them could do with some consistent playing time.
