Celtic are expected to make plenty of additions to the squad over the last few days of the summer transfer window because it has become quite clear that this team does not have enough quality at the moment. On the other hand, it looks like some players might be on the verge of leaving the club.

Sead Haksabanovic is someone who has been heavily linked with a move away recently. And many fans believe that his recent post on Instagram appeared to hint at the same.

He posted a picture of himself accompanied by the caption ‘If they don’t see your value maybe you’re not at the right place’. Curiously, comments were turned off on the post.

Celtic hero, Chris Sutton, has since given his take on the matter on Twitter. And he seems to believe that while Haksabanovic might have had a point, it was not the right step to take to social media.

It is not hard to see why someone like Haksabanovic might not be happy with the game time that he has gotten recently. It is easy to forget now, but he was actually brilliant for a period of time last season.

He even ended up winning a Player of the Month back in November of last year. Unfortunately, he has not gotten much playing time after the World Cup break.

It is always difficult for players to find a rhythm and perform well when they are not getting consistent chances. Many would have hoped that things would change for Haksabanovic following the arrival of Brendan Rodgers and the exit of Jota.

That has not been the case though. Instead, his participation has been limited to a couple of appearances off the bench this season until now.

All that being said, it might not have been the right thing to post something on social media for the public to see. It remains to be seen whether he will still be at Celtic by the way the transfer window closes.
