Celtic find themselves in a pretty bad spot right now. Last weekend, they were knocked out of the Scottish League Cup at the hands of Kilmarnock, evaporating all hopes of winning a treble once again this season. Naturally, fans would have been looking for a response when they took on St Johnstone at Parkhead in the following game.

Instead, what they witnessed was an uninspiring goalless draw at home against a St Johnstone team that has not won a game this season. Unsurprisingly, they did not seem happy and greeted the Hoops with a chorus of boos at full-time.

Brendan Rodgers’ second run as Celtic manager has gotten off to a rocky start. And it is pretty clear that the club need to make some quality signings this week if they are to get their season back on track.

On the other hand, there are a few who could be headed for the exit door. Sead Haksabanovic could be a name on that list and he appeared to drop an exit hint on social media recently.

Haksabanovic posted a picture of himself on Instagram accompanied by the caption:

"If they don’t see your value maybe you’re not at the right place"

Comments were turned off on the photo. It is worth pointing out that there have been rumours in recent days that Haksabanovic is a player who could be headed for the Parkhead exit door this week.

Haksabanovic was signed last summer and made a bright start to life at Parkhead, even winning the Player of the Month award in November. The World Cup came at the wrong time for him though. He was not able to find his way back into the team in the second half of the campaign, only making a handful of starts.

Things have not really changed since the arrival of Rodgers. This season, he is yet to make a start but has come off the substitutes bench on two occasions.
